We were fortunate to collaborate with Natalie McConnell and run Employment Relations and Bullying & Harassment workshops throughout OCS last year. The material was relevant, on point and very well delivered. Natalie makes learning fun for all of those involved – and given the topic can be very sensitive there were definitely some curly questions that came up and Natalie was able to handle these with ease.

I highly recommend this training for any middle and senior management teams, our ERBH workshops were delivered throughout the company and we targeted not only those with line management responsibility but also those who were likely to move into those roles within the near future. We certainly noticed following the training that the level of expertise in this area grew, managers felt more confident in having early conversations with their team members, understood the process around Employment Relations and the end result for us has been fewer ER issues for the HR team to deal with and frontline teams who were able to move quickly through minor issues.
